Drink Your Way To A Flatter Tummy?

Here’s something I just came across that’s supposed to help flatten your belly. I haven’t tried it and I’m sure it is no magic pill, but it could certainly aid with digestion, which could help decrease bloating, etc. Also, several of the people who were using the recipe mentioned that it was very refreshing, inclined their family to drink more water, helped with detoxification, etc., so I say add it to your health routine and see what happens. As the saying goes, “can’t hurt, might help,” although in this case I think “will help” would be more accurate….freshly grated ginger comes with all sorts of health benefits, as does cucumber, lemon and mint, so it’s bound to help improve overall health. Of course I would recommend using structured water, and organic ginger, lemoncucumber and mint.
