Yesterday I told you about a free 2-week event on how to “relax, relieve and restore,” and now here’s a chance to download a free audio to listen to when you are stressed and need to relax. This MP3 comes compliments of Dr. Nikolas Hedberg, who also has a great patient resources page with all sorts of things you may want to check out, including information and pdfs on gluten, allergies, pH, boosting your energy, diet and exercise and more. AND you don’t need to be a patient to access all the goodies…..
As I’ve mentioned before, it’s been shown that stress is one of the main causes of ill health and dis-ease, so anything that helps you de-stress has the potential of being extremely helpful to your health and well-being. This download was put together by Suzannah Tebbe Davis, a colleague of Dr. Hedberg’s, and you can download the audio (mp3) and listen to it on your computer, put it on your iPod or burn to a cd. I think this could really help, if you use it consistently. You can listen to the recording here:
