Yep! More Free Health Resources!

Wow, there certainly isn’t a shortage of free on-line health-related series/summits or other resources these days. In fact, I have to admit that when I heard about The Healthy Gut Summit I sort of thought “been there, done that” with some of the other recent series, and felt almost like I was suffering from summit overload (a new health syndrome ? :-)). But then, when I looked over the list of presenters and all the topics being touched on, I was impressed and found a number of presentations I would be interested in hearing, so now I’ve jumped on the bandwagon. Plus, digestive health is key to overall health and well-being, so it’s something we all should be as well-informed as possible about…..

HEALTHY GUT SUMMIT

Are you one of 70 million people suffering from digestive diseases in the United States? You might be… and not even know your gut is the cause!

Discover how your digestive health is intimately linked to your immune, endocrine, circulatory and central nervous systems at The Healthy Gut Summit, free and on-line from February 9th -16th.

This event features one-on-one interviews with 32 of the world’s most beloved and respected thought leaders and physicians. As they each share fascinating new insights and research on how gut health impacts our most basic physiological processes–including how we think and behave–a story will unfold showing that a healthy gut is the foundation for physical, mental and emotional well-being.

The Healthy Gut Summit will provide you with all of the information you need to:

  • Understand the rise of chronic disease and the symptoms that signal their presence.
  • Learn how your environment affects your gut microbiome.
  • Receive practical advice about dealing with diet, stress, toxins and parasites.
  • How to speak with your doctor about diagnosis and treatment!

With over 32 expert presenters sharing their wealth of knowledge, this invaluable (and free!) resource is intended for men and women everywhere. Some of the topics will be Parasites & Toxicity with Ann Louise Gittleman, Intestinal Detoxification with Dr. Edward Group (from Global Healing Center, one of my favorite sources for health supplements), The Liver: The Body’s Filtration System with Chris Meletis, Food Intolerances and Weight Loss with JJ Virgin, and Nutritional Superstars: Fermented Foods with Summer Bock, and one on biofilms, which I just started hearing about recently and am very interested in learning more.

You can find out more and sign up on my What’s New page.

And this resource is a little different than most of the others I’ve shared with you, but wanted you to know about it….

MIND MOVIES 4.0

Mind Movies, one of my favorite technologies to support conscious creation, is launching their MM4.0 version of the software Creation Kit and you can get 6 free pre-made movies (on health, abundance, relationships, etc.) just for checking things out. I made several movies myself using a previous version and love how they work to feed your subconscious and get it aligned with your heart’s desires. I highly recommend seeing what all the hub-bub is about! You can watch the MM I made on health and well-being a few years ago using an older version of the technology through the link below to give you an idea of what you could create. I actually like mine much better than the one MMs made on health, but I guess that’s natural because I chose the images, thoughts/words, and music that really appeal to me personally when I made it :-):
