Oh yeah, there’s an ever-increasing abundance of free resources available these days! Hard to keep up with the new ones I come across almost daily. Hopefully there is something in today’s mix you’ll find helpful in creating a happier, healthier you. 🙂

These two resources I didn’t know about at the time I did a post awhile back about the 10-Day Hot Yoga Challenge. When I found out about them I went back and added them to the post, but for those of you who read it before I did that, I wanted to make sure you knew about them. First is a free chart of poses from Absolute Hot Yoga that’s a good reference to have, especially if you are new to yoga.

The second resource is the Absolute Hot Yoga official DVD that’s available on-line; it covers 50 different poses and is like a free 1 hr and 20 minute class that you can participate in whenever you want….and push pause whenever you need a break. 🙂

Here’s a link to a post where Dr. Josh Axe has put together 21 recipes using chia seeds. Some of them look and sound pretty darn delicious….

And another link to where he has put together 99 Healthy Crockpot Recipes. Haven’t had a chance to look through them all yet to see how healthy they actually are, but I wish I had some of the first recipe, which is for Apple Cinnamon Steel-cut Oatmeal, right now. I mean, when it looks like this, who can blame me?!
