Body Intelligence Summit, 5 Minute Flexibility Routine, and EMFs Report…All Free!

 

Just a quick post to let you know of 3 more free resources I’ve come across. The first is The Body Intelligence Summit, which starts on the 17th and is sponsored by The Shift Network….

The 2nd resource is a 5 minute video featuring various stretches to increase and maintain flexibility. I think this is something I will try to incorporate into my routine several times a week. Hate the “Mission Unbreakable” at the beginning and end, but really like the stretches. 🙂

And the 3rd free resource is a substantial (25-page) report on the various sources of EMFs (they’re EVERYWHERE these days!), the health risks and how you can minimize exposure. I’ve done a lot of reading and research on this topic because I am personally sensitive to all the electronic smog, and this report included information and statistics I wasn’t aware of, so if this is a topic of interest or concern to you, I highly recommend requesting this free report.
