Just a quick post to let you know of 3 more free resources I’ve come across. The first is The Body Intelligence Summit, which starts on the 17th and is sponsored by The Shift Network….
The Body Intelligence Summit
Have you ever stopped to appreciate the intelligence of your body? The millions of tasks running flawlessly to keep you alive and humming? Your body is a true gift, one that contains far more wisdom than you were trained to believe… if you learn to access it. However, in a culture that places so much emphasis on cognitive tasks and productivity, it’s easy to literally “take leave of your senses,” and experience a major disconnection from your body’s natural intelligence.
The result? You feel lethargic, isolated and depleted. You put on weight and develop chronic health problems. You feel tense and uncreative… or maybe life just doesn’t have that shimmer that you know it could have.
That’s why The Shift Network created this special, no-cost event taking place February 17-20th. During this live on-line series, 20 of the world’s top experts in this emergent field – including Dan Siegel, Bruce Lipton (love him!), Debbie Rosas, Dean and Annie Ornish, Gay and Katie Hendricks and others will help you form a greater connection with your body and its innate intelligence.
People who have mastered body intelligence radiate more life force, joy and vitality. They are more creative. They live longer. They are more healthy, resilient and physically skilled. As you master Body Intelligence, you become better able to create the kind of world you want to see. So whether you’re young or old, in good health or poor, a dancer or desk jockey – the guidance from this can be applied to make a difference in your life. Whatever your level of health or profession, this summit can help you go further, drawing from neurobiology, breathwork, dance and the most progressive healing modalities.

The 2nd resource is a 5 minute video featuring various stretches to increase and maintain flexibility. I think this is something I will try to incorporate into my routine several times a week. Hate the “Mission Unbreakable” at the beginning and end, but really like the stretches. 🙂
And the 3rd free resource is a substantial (25-page) report on the various sources of EMFs (they’re EVERYWHERE these days!), the health risks and how you can minimize exposure. I’ve done a lot of reading and research on this topic because I am personally sensitive to all the electronic smog, and this report included information and statistics I wasn’t aware of, so if this is a topic of interest or concern to you, I highly recommend requesting this free report.
“Most of the twentieth century diseases of civilization, including cancer, cardiovascular disease, malignant neoplasms, diabetes, and suicide, are not caused by lifestyle alone….these diseases are now increasing in direct proportion to our increasing exposures to high technology electrical devices.” —Leading epidemiologist Dr Sam Milham
