Top 5 Foods For Weight Loss

Last week I shared how liver stagnation is the main reason why people find it so hard to lose weight today.

Now I am sharing with you the top five foods to support weight loss, all of which help to detoxify and heal the liver. I will also be covering more essential steps to lose weight in my upcoming free Secrets To Weight Loss webinar..

Incorporate as many of these five foods as you can daily to support healthy weight loss.

1. Raspberries

Raspberries are not only delicious, they are a great liver detoxifier. The antioxidant power in raspberries enter the liver and remove free radicals and toxins that accumulate and make the liver sluggish.

2. Cucumbers

Cucumbers and cucumber juice are a tonic to the body. They help cleanse and fortify the kidneys, which strengthens the adrenals, and also flush toxins out of the liver.

3. Kiwi

Kiwis are a wonderful weight loss fruit because they provide micronutrients to depleted organs all through the body. They balance out the endocrine system, thyroid, adrenals, thalamus and hypothalamus, and support every organ and gland in the body.

4. Spinach

Spinach makes the body alkaline, more than almost every other green vegetable. Alkalinity is critical to weight loss, because when we stay acidic we hold onto toxins, and then the toxins flow back into the liver causing more stagnation, which in turn hinders weight loss.

5. Grapefruit

Grapefruit is an ideal weight loss fruit. It’s high in electrolytes, calcium, and precious mineral salts that help the body to create less stress, and support the health of neurotransmitters and electrical impulses for the brain so the entire body system works better.

Weight Loss Recipe: Cucumber Juice

  • 2-4 organic cucumbers
