
How nice! I’m only a little familiar with Qigong, so I was excited to receive news of this free class from Steven Washington on Jan 11th at 2 pm ET. It’s supposed to be suitable for all levels and a replay will be available afterwards that will include a condensed version of the routine for regular use.
