Free 10-Day Yoga Challenge

Just a quick post today to let you know it’s time for another 10-day yoga challenge, where you can learn and practice some poses,… and maybe even win a great prize in the process. Woo-hoo! Sign up below for free….

 

 

Yoga Poses – Trikonasana (Triangle Pose)

Back by popular demand, the first 10-Day Yoga Challenge of 2015 starts this week!

In case you missed our challenges last year, this is a really fun way to learn new poses, deepen your practice, connect with other students all over the world – and possibly even win some prizes!

We have over a dozen challenge sponsors, and we award prizes at random (and by surprise) each day. Prizes include yoga clothes, mats, jewelry, and so much more.

Here’s how it works.

STEP 1: Sign up here (no cost, takes 2 seconds)

STEP 2: starting from the 23rd onward, I’ll send you a video tutorial each day. Try the pose, snap a photo, and use #HotYogaChallenge and @AbsoluteYogaAcademy to join.

STEP 3: we choose at least one winner per day. This is not a “yoga competition” in any way, winners are typically chosen at random or based on a theme of the day (like “best outdoor shot”).

That’s it! Last challenge, we had over 8,000 photos submitted, so let’s see if we can beat that this time around. More importantly, let’s challenge ourselves and inspire each other to keep up with our at-home practices.
